Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, a long-term contract is not required. Training is set up on a month-to-month basis for your flexibility. However, I do ask for a 31-day cancellation notice so I have time to fill your spot.

Do you offer a free session?

Yes! You may apply for a complimentary session. During this time, we’ll go over your goals, outline a personalized plan, and make sure we’re the right fit to work together.

Will you provide guidance on nutrition?

Yes! Nutrition is a key part of reaching your goals. Depending on the plan you choose, I provide different levels of support. Typically, for clients training with me 2 sessions per week or more, I include full meal plan guidance with measurements, a grocery list, and easy tracking through my fitness app. I’ll also guide you on what to eat and when to eat, so you get the most out of your food, fuel your workouts, and stay energized throughout the day.

How is your pricing structured?

Payments plans are on a monthly basis. For example, if you’re training 2 times per week, your monthly payment will cover 8 sessions. This makes billing simple and consistent, while keeping your training schedule on track.

I’m a beginner. Do I need experience before working with you?

Not at all! My coaching is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. I’ll guide you step-by-step, teaching you proper form, building your confidence, and creating a program that matches your current fitness level. You don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to show up and put in the effort.

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?

No. Training takes place at a private gym exclusively for trainers and their clients. All the equipment we need to help you reach your goals is provided.

Do you have experience coaching both men and women?

Yes, I have extensive experience coaching both men and women, tailoring training and nutrition plans to fit individual goals and lifestyles.
